The discussion begins regarding Zone 1, Fitzgerald subarea.

To the right is mapped the land-owner properties within Zone 1.  To date all land-owners have joined in requesting the rezone of Zone 1 and the accommodation of feasibility regarding the ability of land developers being able to move forward with the city in planning a PUD type of development.  To date no developers have come forward with serious intent and two noted developers have voiced their belief, with the current LID requirements, that development

is not even possible.  Additional documentation regarding LID requirements set for Zone 1 are available at the city of Bothell web site
